Ingredients
250g medjool dates, pitted chopped
2 tbsp raw almond butter
1 3/4 ground almonds
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1/8 tsp salt
20g Coconut
Method
Add dates in the food processor and blend until sticky dough forms. (If the dough is not coming together, add one tablespoon of water and continue blending.) in a bowl add ground almonds, almond butter, sea salt, chia seeds, raw cacao, and half of the coconut and mix them till you have a dough. Toss the balls in the rest of the coconut
