Matcha MB

Ingredients

250g Medjool dates, no seed weight
30g Tahini
200g Ground almonds
12g Matcha
1g Table salt
1g 1/8 tsp cardamom
5g Chia seeds
40g Raw pistachios

Method

Add dates in the food processor and blend until sticky dough forms. (If the dough is not coming together, add one tablespoon of water and continue blending.) In a bowl add tahini, ground almonds, matcha, salt, cardamom, chia seeds and raw pistachios and mix them till you have a dough.
